by an authorised Certifying Authority. The Code covers:

- Commercial charter motor vessels including angling and dive boats
- RIBs operating commercially
- Workboats

the above categories and need help to comply with this legislation then
please contact us. What we can do is:
- Organise paperwork
- Prepare the vessel for inspection / survey
- Locate a Nominated Surveyor authorised to carry out Compliance Examinations
(working under the auspices of an MCA authorised Certifying Authority)
- Arrange and attend the survey
- Carry out remedial work
- Carry out annual checks to ensure the yacht / vessel still meets requirements
